Where a Generator moves step by step, a Manifesting Generator finds shortcuts. Sometimes they skip steps and have to go back and cover them, and that is part of how they naturally learn. Having many interests is a resource, not a lack of focus.
The key is that the speed comes from a real response in the body. When the acceleration comes from anxiety or the mind, it turns into burnout.
Strategy: respond, then inform
First wait for something to call you and feel the Sacral response. Then, before jumping in, inform the people your decision affects. Informing is not asking for permission: it clears the path so your momentum does not meet resistance.
