What the Sacral response feels like
It often comes as a sound: an 'uh-huh' for yes, an 'uhn-uhn' for no. It can also feel like expansion or contraction in the belly. It is fast and it doesn't explain itself.
How to practice it
The Sacral wakes up with yes-or-no questions. Open questions ('what do you want to do?') trigger the mind.
- ✓Ask someone to ask you simple yes-or-no questions.
- ✓Start with small decisions: what to eat, which invitation to accept.
- ✓If there is no response, it is not time to decide.
