Your greatest resource is not doing more but seeing better. You spot talents, flaws in a process, what someone needs for their next step. When that insight is recognized and asked for, your guidance transforms.
The trouble starts when you try to keep up with Generators on energy: you end up exhausted and unrecognized.
Strategy: wait for recognition and the invitation
For the big areas of life (work, love, where you live, close friendships) the strategy is to wait to be recognized and invited. A correct invitation feels like 'I see you and I want your perspective'.
In the meantime, Projectors study, prepare and master what they are passionate about. That preparation is what draws the invitations in.
