What science says and how to use it with good judgment

It's a fair question. Human Design isn't a science in the strict sense: there are no studies showing that planetary positions at birth determine how your energy works. That doesn't mean it can't be useful; it means it's best used with judgment.

The most common criticisms

It lacks scientific evidence, its origin comes from a personal mystical experience, and some descriptions are general enough that many people recognize themselves in them (the Barnum effect). Taking these criticisms seriously is part of using it well.

How to use it with good judgment

The system itself proposes to be experimented with, not believed: try your strategy and authority and keep what works for you. Don't use it to label people, make medical decisions or replace professional help.
