Defined Root Center

You handle pressure with your own steady rhythm.

Open or undefined Root Center

You amplify the pressure around you and may feel everything is urgent, rushing to get the pressure off.

The question of the conditioned mind is: "Am I rushing to get rid of the pressure?"

An open Root can tell healthy pressure from pressure that isn't yours.

Its link to the body

In Human Design, the Root Center is associated with the adrenal glands. In Gabriela's work, open centers are often where the body expresses what isn't ours. This is a complementary view, not medical advice.
